My First iOS Game for iPad

I finally completed my first tiny iOS 6 iPad game. It's just a simple game where you tap on little bubbles that float down the screen. The bubbles fly across space increasingly faster.

I have been testing it out with my students after class and they love trying to get on the high score board. Kids of all ages seem to enjoy it because it's dead simple to play. My 9 year old students get a kick out of beating older people's scores!

For the nuts and bolts, it was all relatively simple code that I came across during the Big Nerd Ranch iOS Programming, 3rd Edition book. The beautiful space background is from vladstudio. The little orbs I whipped up in Photoshop.
